HID 400 Pulverizer

The HID 400 Pulverizer (shown) will grind PE up to 850 pounds per hour. Perfect for Product Development or production. It is easy to clean up. This complete system sells for $59,300.00. The mill is 400 mm or 16 inches. It is externally adjustable and is powered by 75 hp. This high quality mill is unitized for quick assembly. Larger pulverizers are available.
The Lab-12

This compact system requires less than 6' X 3' of floor space. The system will pulverize and classify 35 mesh polyethylene to 200 lbs per hour. Clean up time is about 25 minutes. This complete system sells for $22,500.00 and can be built in about five weeks. The mill is 12 inches, externally adjustable, with 15 hp to provide R & D quantities of high quality powder. This system is complete and ready to run with an 18 inch Stainless Steel Sifter.
